The event features an eclectic blend of the wisdom of experienced and the uninhibited enthusiasm of the youth, on the same platform.

Meet the Panelists
Currently the Head of the Marketing for Shell Lubricants, India, Mansi is an astute Business Leader and a Brand Builder with a towering 15+ years of work experience with Proctor and Gamble. Her area of learning ranges from technology to business management.
At present, Vice President – Global Products and Strategy at FCI Electronics, Singapore, Anirudh Patil has more than 15 years of leadership experience in strategy, marketing and consulting roles with the organizations of the caliber of Alcatel-Lucent, McKinsey & Co. He is also an MBA from the prestigious INSEAD Business School.
A retired High Court Judge, Mr. Sodhi has had a phenomenal judicial career. With milestone verdicts to his credit as a judge, he played a pivotal role in delivering justice in Jessica Lal murder case as well Priyadarshini Mattoo murder case. Justice Sodhi is also a trained pilot and has worked briefly for Indian Air Force.
Vinita Singh is an independent civic and social organization professional. At present she is also a Trustee at an NGO called “We The People”. She has spent 16 years working on building people’s capacities and enhancing their awareness towards their rights and duties in the democratic framework of the country.
Ravi is the Founder of Decision Point, which is a marketing analytics and consulting firm. He is also the Co-Founder of Proto.in. He is one of the leading brains in strategic planning in India. He has also served as a Planning Director for Ogilvy & Mather.
Sonal is the Founder & CEO of Protsahan India and a Consultant to Genesis Burson Marsteller. She is the youngest sociopreneur woman ever to represent India at The World Bank, Washington DC, speak at several international organizations of repute, she is an inspiration who stands for a cause. Chosen as one of the three youngest changemakers at the recently held Think Fest 2012 at Goa, she is a youth icon widely recognized by Economic Times, CII and a dozen corporate houses.
Anish Shah is President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Capital India. He leads GE Capital’s consumer and commercial financial services in India, including strategic partnerships such as SBI Cards. Anish holds a PhD. in Accounting and Corporate Finance from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
CEO at Groupon India, Ankur Waripoo is a maverick in the internet space and keeps evaluating the opportunities available to make the internet space more useful for its users. Studded with an MBA degree from ISB, Hyderbad, he has also co-founded Accentium Web.
Dr. Lilach Nachum
Dr. Lilach Nachum is a Professor at Zicklin Business School, Baruch College, New York. Lilach Nachum was also a Senior Research Fellow at Cambridge University, UK, where she was involved in a number of research projects on the activities of foreign firms in London. Earlier, she held a Senior Member position in the Research Division on Foreign Investment and Transnational Corporations at the United Nations in Geneva, Switzerland.
He is the Executive Director at Spire Edge, a huge IT Park project launched by Spire World, in the National Capital Region.
Meet the Faciliators
Dhruv the founder of Humour Me has been in the entertainment space for the past 10 years. Before starting his own venture, Dhruv was the Marketing & Programming Manager for The Comedy Store in Mumbai. He started his acting career with the role of ‘Scar’ in the musical ‘Circle of Life’- adaptation of the Broadway musical ‘The Lion King’. After the successful beginning of his acting career, Dhruv took on the role of Director, Producer and actor in the popular ‘Mac-Who?’ which went onto win the Old World Theatre festival and Theatre Festival - IIT Delhi & Kanpur. He also produced a production by the name of 'Melange' that went onto win the prestigious THESPO FESTIVAL (Prithvi Mumbai).
An actor, a sketch-artiste, a voice over artist, a musician, Clifford is known to have a knack in diversifying his range of talent as a performer. It was only natural that he joined the Humour Me team as a creative manager, an opportunity for him to devolve some of his wit and ever-booming energy in the company’s demanding projects.
An actor from the age of 16, Shantanu has acted and directed several theatre productions, He is also an avid reader, and has converted his passion into a book – Love & Urban Melodrama. In July 2011 Shantanu started Stray Dog Productions to promote theatre across Delhi/NCR. The first production under this banner was – And I will Not Steal, followed by Pulp & Vices in 2012.
